If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to TOFA Natural Farms

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to tofanaturalfarming.com, accessible from https://tofanaturalfarming.com

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order before delivery or on delivery or on pick-up without giving any reason for doing so and you will be charged as 9% or ₹50 of total billed amount 

The deadline for canceling an Order(non-perishable items) is 24 hours from the time on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. Perishable items are not eligible for cancellation except genuene reasons(e.g. item is damaged, rotten or in non consumable state except semiripen state).

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will refund you no later than 3-7 working days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such refund.

 

Shipping Process

Once order is successfuly placed and accepted by us by considering the feasibility of delivering, You will be notified or you order status will be updated.

Your order will be delivered from 1 to 5 days and upto 10 days for out of city orders. Delivery completely depends on type of products you have ordered, or stock availability, or how far is delivery address located from our displatch location (store). We cannot provide delivery in case of natural disasters(earthquake, storm, corona etc) or any unavoidable circumstances not controlled by us (e.g. roits, strikes, emergencies etc). 

 

Conditions for Returns/Replacement

At The Fresh Fruit, Vegetables and Grocery Shop, we are committed to delivering quality fruit and vegetable packages. If you encounter issues with your order for perishable items (fruits, vegetables etc.), please notify us within 2 hours of delivery and notify us within 6 hours of delivery for non-perishable items. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the problem with evidences (photoes, videos or any other type of evidences)..

We will thoroughly check your request and, if approved, may offer a replacement delivery or a refund. Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days through the original payment method.

 

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The goods are in the original packaging

 

The following goods cannot be returned:

  1. The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  3. The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  4. The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for customer preferences regarding taste, size, or appearance variations of natural produce or delays caused by factors beyond our control. For further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. 

All requests for returning goods will be acceptable within 2 days of receiving goods.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Goods should be in sellable conditions and we will not accept non-sellable goods. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
